Contact the SonusZen product support team using the information provided in your order confirmation email. Let them know you would like to return the product and they will provide return shipping instructions.
You may return opened and partially used bottles. Empty bottles are also accepted. There is no restocking fee. Simply return whatever product you have remaining.
Once your returned package is received, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your financial institution.
